HOTEL & CAR RESERVATIONS
Many of our hotels, worldwide, offer us special unique amenities such as: late check-out, use of health club, early check-in, in-room movies and, in some cases, airport pick-up — all at no cost to you!
We will also provide car reservations with the same service and attention as our hotel reservations. You tell us the preferred car rental company, size of the car and when you'll need it, and we'll take care of the rest.
24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE
We maintain a service, accessible through worldwide 800 numbers, which is on-call 24 hours a day. We can pre-pay a ticket for commercial accounts, change or add a car and hotel, or change air reservations. If your flight is cancelled or your plans change, we smooth the way for you. The agents at the emergency desk will also help you track lost luggage and advise airlines of your on-going itinerary.
MEETING & CONFERENCE SERVICES
We can help you plan successful business meetings by coordinating all the details: accommodations at the best negotiated rates, meeting rooms, food service and menu planning, audio visual aids and travel arrangements for attendees.
Services can include on-site inspections of potential locations and escorts or coordinators during your meeting.
